Terms of Use — Type Faster

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Type Faster application (web, iOS, or Android), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Permitted Use

Type Faster is provided for your personal, non-commercial typing practice and educational improvement. You are free to use all features, including the typing tests, Smart Coach drills, and multiplayer racing.

You agree not to:

Use automated scripts, bots, macro recorders, or tools to submit falsified WPM scores to the public leaderboard.
Interfere with or disrupt the real-time racing service or backend infrastructure.
Choose an offensive, abusive, or trademark-infringing username.

3. Accounts and Content

Creating an account is optional. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials. We reserve the right to remove usernames or scores that violate these terms or exploit leaderboard integrity.

You may delete your account at any time directly through the app's settings or by contacting us.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We strive to maintain continuous availability and accurate typing test evaluation, but we do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every hardware device.

5. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Type Faster following any revisions indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
